How do I place an order?  by 
Online ordering is available 24 hours, 7 days a week with complete confidence.  Select the item/items that you want to purchase by clicking the "Buy" button and you will be guided through the on-line order process. When you're finished shopping click "Checkout" and it will automatically tally your order. To order by fax print a copy of your shopping cart and fax it to 330-544-6868 for processing.  To order by mail  print a copy of your shopping cart or click here for our  MAIL ORDER FORM.  You can complete this form and mail along with payment to 3B Gifts LLC @ 2168 St. Clair Ct., Girard, OH  44420.

Does 3BGIFTS accept debit cards?  by 
3BGIFTS accepts all United State issuing bank debit cards that display the MasterCard or Visa logo.

How do I ship a package to a friend?  by 
Just choose the item(s) you want to send to your friend and proceed to checkout. On the Check Out page, locate the shipping information section and change the Ship To address to the desired address of your choice. Please note the price will be omitted from the packing slip. You will receive a separate order confirmation w/tracking number for your records. Please note the entire order will ship to that address. If the gift recipient needs to return or exchange the item, they'll have to contact us for return authorization.

Does 3BGIFTS offer Gift Receipt and Message?  by 
Yes, with each order you will have the option to include a gift receipt (packing slip without prices listed) as well as a greeting to your gift recipient. Once you reach the payment page you'll have the chance to add a short message to be printed on the packing slip.

How long will it take to receive my order?  by 
All in stock orders ship within 2 to 3 business days -  Monday thru Friday Eastern Standard Time.  Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with a tracking  or confirmation #.  We try to have items in stock at all times but sometimes we may be out of a particular item.  Items that are not in stock when order is placed will ship in 7 to 10 business days.

How can I check my order status?  by 
When you check your Order Status online, you can review your current and past orders with 3BGIFTS; you can review payment method and shipping method. Simply go to "My Account," and log in to your account and click on review order.

Return Policy  by 
If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchased from our website, simply contact us by email at customerservice@3bgifts.com within 7 days.  At that time we will issue a RMA # for you to return the item.  The returned items must be in the same condition as when shipped..  Once we receive the item we will provide a full refund of the purchase price less shipping/handling.  We are sorry but we cannot offer any refunds on merchandise that has been shipped over 7 days or clearance or discounted items.
