We will gladly accept the return of unused, unopened products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be preauthorized and a RMA # issued prior to the return or it will not be accepted. The refund will be for items purchased only. There will be no refunds for shipping and handling cost of the product. In the event that a "Free Shiping" item is returned, the shipping costs incurred in shipping the package will be deducted from the refund. CLEARANCE and/or SALE ITEMS are not returnable for any reasons.
