Shalique was shopping in the bazaar for her wedding when she heard that her lover, Mozambique, had been captured by traders. She rushed to the shore - the last place he had been seen. Shalique could find no trace of him or the ship that had carried him away. Each day Shalique would return to the shore and wait for Mozambique. The days turned into months and her sadness turned into determination, but he never returned.
