If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchased from our website, simply contact us by email at [email protected] within 7 days.  At that time we will issue a RMA # for you to return the item.  The returned items must be in the same condition as when shipped..  Once we receive the item we will provide a refund of the purchase price less 10% restocking fee and the shipping/handling fee.  We are sorry but we cannot offer any refunds on merchandise that has been shipped over 7 days or clearance or discounted items.
